1. Website operator

This website is operated by Neil Baker, trading as VANTORIQ, of The Ploughman, Bullingham Lane, Hereford, HR2 6GG. Contact: neilbaker75@hotmail.co.uk.

2. Website information

Website content is provided for general information about the VANTORIQ concept and intended services. Product descriptions, proposed features, sample dashboards, figures, prices and launch information may change. Any dashboard demonstration uses fictional sample data and is not connected to a live customer system.

3. No current subscription offer

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, this website does not create a subscription, licence, service-level agreement or obligation to supply software. Any indicative prices or feature descriptions are not binding offers. No online payment or customer account registration is enabled by this website version.

4. Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry form sends a request for contact. It does not guarantee acceptance, availability, a demonstration date or a commercial agreement.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation or use the enquiry form to submit unlawful, abusive or misleading material.

6. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website's branding, written content, design and original materials are owned by or used with permission by the website operator. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without prior written permission.

7. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the website available and information accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item is complete or current. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, use of the website is at your own risk.

8. External links

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update the website and these terms. These terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
